Available Field Categories

The Custom Report Builder provides access to fields from the following categories:

Child Fields

• Child ID - Internal system identifier
• Internal Reference - Your nursery's reference number
• First Name - Child's first name
• Middle Names - Child's middle name(s)
• Last Name - Child's surname
• Known As - Preferred name
• Date of Birth - Child's date of birth
• Gender - Male/Female/Other
• NHS Number - NHS registration number
• Address - Full postal address
• Ethnicity - DfE ethnicity code and description
• First Language - Child's first language
• Has SEND - Special Educational Needs flag
• Has EHCP - Education, Health and Care Plan flag
• Looked After Status - Never/Currently/Previously
• Start Date - Date started at nursery
• End Date - Date left nursery (if applicable)

Parent/Carer Fields

• Parent ID - Internal system identifier
• Title - Mr/Mrs/Ms/etc.
• Full Name - Combined first and last name
• First Name - Parent's first name
• Last Name - Parent's surname
• Email - Email address
• Mobile Number - Mobile phone number
• Relationship to Child - Mother/Father/Guardian/etc.
• Address - Full postal address
• National Insurance Number - NI number (sensitive)
• Is Asylum Seeker - Asylum seeker status
• Receiving Universal Credit - Universal Credit flag

Submission Fields

• Reference Number - Unique submission reference
• Status - Current workflow state
• Created Date - When submission was created
• Sent to Parent Date - When sent for parent completion
• Parent Submitted Date - When parent completed
• Reviewed Date - When staff reviewed
• Approved Date - When approved
• Rejected Date - When rejected (if applicable)
• Exported Date - When exported to LA
• Is Archived - Archive status
• Is Employee Assisted - Completed with staff help
• Is Main DAF/EYPP Provider - Main setting for additional funding

Funding Details Fields

• Hours Per Week - Funded hours per week
• Hours Claimed - Total hours claimed
• Funding Type - Universal (15hr) or Extended (30hr)
• Eligibility Criteria - Basis for funding eligibility
• 30-Hour Code - HMRC eligibility code
• 30-Hour Code Expiry - Code expiration date
• 30-Hour Code Verified - Staff verification status
• 2-Year-Old Code - 2YO funding code
• 2-Year-Old Code Expiry - Code expiration date
• Session Claim Type - Term-time or Stretched
• Consent for EYPP - EYPP application consent
• Consent for DAF - DAF application consent

Funding Period Fields

• Period Name - e.g., 'Spring 2025'
• Start Date - Period start date
• End Date - Period end date
• Is Current - Currently active period

Nursery Fields

• Nursery Name - Name of nursery
• Address - Nursery address
• OFSTED Number - Registration number
• Local Authority - LA name
