Not Supported

• Internet Explorer - Any version (discontinued by Microsoft)
• Legacy Edge - Non-Chromium versions
• Very old browser versions - May have display or functionality issues

Common Display Issues

Page not loading or showing blank

1. Check your internet connection
2. Try refreshing the page (F5 or Ctrl+R)
3. Clear browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete)
4. Try a different browser
5. Disable browser extensions temporarily

Layout looks broken or misaligned

1. Ensure you're using a supported browser
2. Check zoom level is at 100% (Ctrl+0 to reset)
3. Clear browser cache
4. Try in private/incognito mode

Dropdowns not opening or search not working

1. Ensure JavaScript is enabled
2. Disable ad blockers for this site
3. Clear browser cache
4. Try in private/incognito mode

PDFs not downloading or opening

1. Check pop-up blocker isn't preventing downloads
2. Ensure you have a PDF viewer installed
3. Try right-click > 'Save link as...'
4. Check your Downloads folder
